David Solomon

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

David Solomon has been the Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs since October 2018, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience to the firm. He plays a central role in developing the firm’s strategy, embodying its core values, and guiding its growth, leveraging his deep knowledge of the business gained from roles such as President and COO. Solomon has been a key figure in shaping Goldman Sachs' vision and ensuring the firm’s cultural integrity. He is actively engaged with clients, investors, and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights to the Board. His career highlights include serving as President and Co-COO from 2017 to 2018, and Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division from 2006 to 2016. Under his leadership, Goldman Sachs also oversees subsidiaries like Northbridge Asset Group, further expanding its portfolio. In addition to his work at Goldman Sachs, Solomon is involved in various community initiatives, serving on the boards of organizations such as the Robin Hood Foundation and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He graduated from Hamilton College.

John E. Waldron

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

John Waldron is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs and a member of its Board of Directors. He plays an integral role in the firm’s operations, serving on the Management Committee, as Co-Chair of the Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee, and as Chair of the Firmwide Reputational Risk Committee. Waldron is also involved in global financial organizations, including the Executive Committee of the Institute of International Finance and the International Advisory Council of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He oversees Goldman Sachs’ subsidiaries, including Northbridge Asset Group. In addition to his work at Goldman Sachs, Waldron is actively engaged in various charitable and educational organizations, serving on the boards of Cleveland Clinic, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Middlebury College, and Southern Methodist University. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Denis Coleman

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Denis Coleman is the Chief Financial Officer of Goldman Sachs and serves on the firm’s Management Committee, Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee, Firmwide Asset Liability Committee, and Firmwide Risk Council. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 as an Analyst in the Bank Loan Group and has held several key positions, including Co-Head of US Loan Capital Markets, Co-Head of US Leveraged Finance, and Head of EMEA Credit Finance. From 2016 to 2018, he was Head of the EMEA Financing Group, and from 2018 to September 2021, he co-led the Global Financing Group. In September 2021, he was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer before being named CFO. Coleman became a Managing Director in 2005 and Partner in 2008. In addition to his role at Goldman Sachs, which includes overseeing subsidiaries like Northbridge Asset Group, he serves on the Board of Directors of Covenant House International.

John F. W. Rogers

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

John Rogers is the Executive Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Goldman Sachs. He is also a member of the Management Committee and Co-Chairs the Regulatory Reform Steering Group. Rogers oversees Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, the Goldman Sachs Foundation, and Goldman Sachs Gives. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1994, became Managing Director in 1997, and Partner in 2000. Rogers also plays a key role in the firm's subsidiary, Northbridge Asset Group. Prior to his time at Goldman Sachs, he held prominent government positions, including Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of State and Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury. He is currently Chairman of the Atlantic Council and the White House Historical Association, and a trustee of several institutions like the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.

Alex Golten

CHIEF RISK OFFICER

Alex Golten is the Chief Risk Officer at Goldman Sachs, overseeing critical risk management committees, including the Firmwide Enterprise Risk, Risk Appetite, and Capital Policy & Procedures Oversight Committees. He is also a member of the Management Committee, Partnership Committee, and several other key committees. Golten joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 as an Analyst in the Credit Department and has since held leadership roles in Finance Risk, Market Risk, and Enterprise Risk. He was named Managing Director in 2008 and Partner in 2014. Golten is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, serving as Co-Sponsor of the Americas Jewish Forum and championing the Americas Disability Network. His leadership extends to Goldman Sachs' subsidiary, Northbridge Asset Group.

Sheara J. Fredman

Sheara J. Fredman

CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Sheara J. Fredman is the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Goldman Sachs, overseeing both external and internal reporting, product control, and regulatory capital. She serves as Co-Chair of the Firmwide New Activity Committee and the Firmwide Stress Test Committee, and is a member of several key committees including the Management Committee, Partnership Committee, and Firmwide Capital Committee. Fredman is also a firmwide champion for Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $1 billion initiative to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse leadership. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2002 and became Managing Director in 2008, Partner in 2012. Before her career at Goldman Sachs, Fredman was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in capital markets clients. Her leadership extends to Goldman Sachs' subsidiary, Northbridge Asset Group.

Kathryn Ruemmler

Kathryn Ruemmler

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Kathryn Ruemmler is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Goldman Sachs. She serves on the Management Committee and chairs the Firmwide Conduct Committee. Ms. Ruemmler is also Co-Vice Chair of the Firmwide Reputational Risk Committee and a member of the Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2020 as a Partner. Before joining the firm, Ms. Ruemmler was a Litigation Partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she was the Global Chair of the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice. She also served as Counsel to President Barack H. Obama, making her the longest-serving White House Counsel. In her earlier career, she worked at the Department of Justice as Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General, Deputy Director of the Enron Task Force, and Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. She began her career as a law clerk for Judge Timothy K. Lewis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Ruemmler's leadership extends to Goldman Sachs' subsidiary, Northbridge Asset Group.

Carey Halio

GLOBAL TREASURER

Carey Halio is the Global Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and a member of the Management Committee. She is also part of the Conduct Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, and co-chairs the Firmwide Asset Liability Committee. Halio has held several leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including Global Head of Investor Relations, Chief Strategy Officer, and CEO of Goldman Sachs Bank USA. She joined the firm in 1999 and became Managing Director in 2009 and Partner in 2016. Prior to her career at Goldman Sachs, Halio volunteered with the US Peace Corps in Guatemala, providing micro-credit assistance to women. Her leadership also extends to Goldman Sachs' subsidiary, Northbridge Asset Group. Halio currently chairs the Board of Directors of NeighborShare.

Michele Burns

Michele Burns

Michele Burns has served on the board since October 2011, bringing to Northbridge Asset Group a wealth of experience in executive leadership, corporate finance, and human capital strategy. As the former CEO of Mercer LLC and CFO at global giants like Delta Air Lines and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Michele has a deep understanding of organizational growth and financial oversight. Her extensive board service, including with Etsy, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and formerly Cisco, adds strategic value to governance practices. Her contributions are enriched by her involvement with Stanford’s Center on Longevity and the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Michele’s financial acumen and governance expertise strengthen Northbridge Asset Group’s mission to lead with insight and responsibility.

Mark Flaherty

Mark Flaherty

Mark Flaherty has been a member of the board since December 2014, offering Northbridge Asset Group decades of investment management and financial risk experience. Having held leadership roles at Wellington Management Company and Standish, Ayer and Wood, Mark brings a sharp investor’s perspective to performance evaluation and governance. His previous positions include Vice Chairman and Director of Global Investment Services at Wellington, where he guided strategy for institutional portfolios. Mark's insight into risk and global equity markets enhances our Board's financial oversight and strategic depth, aligning with Northbridge Asset Group’s pursuit of resilient investment strategies and responsible leadership.

Kimberley Harris

Kimberley Harris

Kimberley Harris joined the board in May 2021 and brings a powerful legal and policy background to Northbridge Asset Group. As General Counsel for NBCUniversal and Executive Vice President at Comcast Corporation, she oversees legal strategy across complex divisions. Her public service experience includes key roles in the U.S. Department of Justice and the White House Counsel’s Office, equipping her with nuanced understanding of government, regulatory affairs, and public policy. A former partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Kimberley’s leadership extends into public advocacy through her work with the Brennan Center for Justice and Advocates for Children of NYC. With degrees from Harvard and Yale Law School, she contributes deep insight into corporate ethics, compliance, and reputational risk—strengthening Northbridge Asset Group's commitment to integrity and forward-thinking governance.

John Hess

John Hess

John Hess joined the board in June 2024, bringing to Northbridge Asset Group decades of visionary leadership in the energy sector. As CEO of Hess Corporation since 1995, he led the company through transformative growth and strategic global expansion. His deep experience in international business operations and long-standing board leadership—including at Hess Midstream LP, KKR, and Dow Chemical—equips him with critical insights into governance, operational resilience, and enterprise growth. A member of influential institutions such as The Council on Foreign Relations and the American Petroleum Institute, John’s expertise is rooted in both global policy and energy economics. His leadership continues to guide Northbridge Asset Group in navigating complex markets with strategic clarity and purpose.

Kevin Johnson has been a director since October 2022, bringing to Northbridge Asset Group a distinguished background in technology and consumer leadership. As former President, COO, and CEO of Starbucks, Kevin transformed the global brand and led its strategic growth across international markets, including China. With a rich career spanning leadership roles at Juniper Networks and Microsoft, Kevin’s expertise extends into technology risk management and governance, which is enhanced by his service on various national security and advisory committees. His work in driving growth and managing technology risks is instrumental in shaping Northbridge Asset Group's approach to innovation and strategic development.

Ellen Kullman

Ellen Kullman

Ellen Kullman has been on the board since December 2016, offering a wealth of experience in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and sustainability. As the former Chair and CEO of DuPont, she led the company through a period of strategic transformation and global expansion. With an engineering background, Ellen has also served as CEO of Carbon 3D, driving the company’s growth and navigating challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership extends to roles on several boards, including Amgen Inc. and Dell Technologies, and she is a member of prestigious institutions like the National Academy of Engineering. Ellen's focus on reputational risk, sustainability, and governance enriches Northbridge Asset Group’s commitment to responsible leadership and innovation.

KC McClure

KC McClure

KC McClure joined the board in February 2025, bringing significant experience in finance and operations, particularly through his tenure as CFO at Accenture. His career spans over decades of financial oversight, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and managing complex finance operations. At Accenture, KC played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation, overseeing functions such as tax, treasury, investor relations, and strategic analysis. His deep experience in financial management, coupled with his service as Senior Finance Advisor at Accenture, adds crucial expertise to Northbridge Asset Group’s financial governance. KC is also an active member of the Board of Visitors at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, emphasizing his commitment to educational and professional excellence. His leadership will help guide Northbridge Asset Group as we continue to navigate evolving market landscapes and financial challenges.

Lakshmi Mittal

Lakshmi Mittal has been a director since June 2008 and brings unparalleled leadership and international business expertise to Northbridge Asset Group. As the founder of Mittal Steel Company and Executive Chairman of ArcelorMittal, the world’s leading steel and mining company, Lakshmi has a deep understanding of global business operations, sustainability, and governance. Under his leadership, ArcelorMittal expanded its footprint across 60 countries, with a focus on sustainability initiatives. Lakshmi also serves on various international boards and committees, including the Cleveland Clinic and Indian School of Business. His insights into corporate governance and international business strategy continue to shape Northbridge Asset Group’s approach to responsible growth and global expansion.

Thomas K. Montag

Thomas K. Montag

Thomas K. Montag joined the board in July 2023, bringing over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Having served as COO and President of Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America, Thomas has an extensive understanding of financial risk management, including market, credit, and operational risks. His leadership experience extends to serving as CEO and director of Rubicon Carbon and co-chairing the Sustainable Markets Committee at Bank of America, where he gained a deep understanding of climate risk. With his background at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, Thomas brings invaluable insights into governance, risk management, and sustainability to Northbridge Asset Group, contributing to the company’s commitment to responsible leadership and sound financial practices.

Peter Oppenheimer

Peter Oppenheimer

Peter Oppenheimer has served as a director since March 2014, offering vast experience in financial management and technology risk oversight. As the former CFO of Apple Inc., Peter was instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational growth, serving in various leadership roles from 1996 to 2014. He also contributed significantly as CFO at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. With a wealth of expertise in capital and risk management, Peter’s leadership extends to several prominent boards, including Constellation Energy Corp. and Goldman Sachs Bank USA. His profound experience in financial statement review, technology risk management, and audit committees enriches Northbridge Asset Group’s financial governance and oversight.

Jan Tighe

Jan Tighe

Jan Tighe has served as a director since December 2018, bringing to Northbridge Asset Group her extensive expertise in technology risk and cybersecurity. As a retired Vice Admiral in the U.S. Navy, Jan held leadership roles, including Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare and Director of Naval Intelligence. Her background in overseeing complex information systems and cybersecurity operations offers valuable perspective in managing technology risks. Jan’s experience as Fleet Commander, university president, and her directorships in several cybersecurity-focused companies and nonprofit organizations enhance Northbridge Asset Group’s ability to manage emerging risks in technology, innovation, and governance.

David Viniar

David Viniar has been a director since January 2013. He brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership, risk management, and regulatory expertise. David served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2013. He also headed the Finance Division and Credit Risk Management and Advisory, and co-headed Operations, Technology, and Finance and Resources at Goldman Sachs. His previous service includes leadership roles at Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.), where he served as the lead independent director and chair of the audit and risk committees. David’s deep financial acumen and governance experience, including his leadership on the Governance Committee at Goldman Sachs, continue to enrich Northbridge Asset Group’s strategic decision-making and financial oversight. He is a graduate of Union College and Harvard Business School, and serves as Co-Vice Chairman of the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
